Smilegate Holdings is seeking an experienced Game Operator (GM/CM) for a collectible RPG game with a global reach. Responsibilities include developing and executing operational strategies, collecting and analyzing VOC (Voice of Customer) data, utilizing operational tools, planning new features, and creating announcements and events. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in game operation, a deep understanding of collectible RPGs, and experience launching a similar game. The role requires strong strategic thinking, communication, and a proactive, responsible attitude.
Must have:
- 5+ years game operation experience
- Deep understanding of collectible RPGs
- Experience launching similar games
- Strong strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication skills
Good to have:
- Experience with various mobile games
- English or Japanese language proficiency

자격요건
- 5년 이상의 운영 업무 경험자
- 수집형 RPG 장르에 대한 높은 이해도 보유
- 수집형 RPG 혹은 유사 게임 론칭 경험 보유

- 수집형 RPG 장르에 대한 높은 관심과 이해도를 가진 분
- 운영 전략 수립 역량 보유
- 유연한 사고와 부서 간 원활한 커뮤니케이션이 가능하신 분
- 책임감 있게 업무를 수행하고 적극적인 태도를 가지고 있으신 분
우대사항
- 다양한 모바일 게임 플레이 경험자 (MMO/수집형 RPG 등)
- 영어 또는 일본어 가능자
