What are you going to do? 

๐Ÿ“Œ Be the QA/QC reference inside an assigned Scrum Team thus join all the events (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective)
๐Ÿ“Œ Understand product requirements, and prepare test cases and checklists for validation of the software
๐Ÿ“Œ Support the Product Owner in the identification of the corner cases and missing requirements
๐Ÿ“Œ Prepare hand calculation for validation of different structural analysis and design-related modules
๐Ÿ“Œ Design and execute functional testing on the software product increment, iteratively
๐Ÿ“Œ Verify iteratively that functionality does not degrade
๐Ÿ“Œ Detect, document, report, and assess the encountered bugs
๐Ÿ“Œ Work with the developers to identify which use cases must be automated
๐Ÿ“Œ Provide strong technical leadership with a focus on continuous improvement

What are we looking for?  

โœ” Bachelor's / Master's degree in Civil/Structural/Geo technical Engineering from a recognized institution
โœ” Good analytical skills, and ability to work out creative solutions in a problem-solving environment
โœ” Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with less supervision
โœ” Sound knowledge of Indian and other international concrete and steel design codes
โœ” Sound knowledge about the commonly used Structural Analysis software solutions (like - STAAD.Pro, ETABS, and other related solutions)
โœ” Sound Knowledge about load generation (wind and seismic loading) as per various international loading codes
โœ” Knowledge about structural analysis methodologies
โœ” Excellent historical memory

Nice to have:

โœ” Good understanding and hands-on experience with US, Australian and New Zealand loading/structural design codes
โœ” Knowledge about Finite Element / Dynamic analysis
โœ” Knowledge of scripting languages (VBA/Javascript etc.) and/or object-oriented programming languages (C++/C#/Python etc.)
โœ” Experience in software testing in agile methodology and using tools like TFS/Azure DevOps/Gitlab
