Job Description

This is a Senior Marketing Manager position for PUBG Mobile in the Latin American region. Responsibilities include leading core marketing strategies, managing KPIs (active users and revenue), collaborating with R&D and headquarters teams, developing integrated marketing plans based on regional user preferences, managing key influencers and content creators, managing agencies and partners, leading the local team, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing strategies. The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, fluency in English, and ideally some knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish. Frequent travel to Latin America is expected.

Must have:

5+ years game marketing experience
Deep understanding of FPS games
Fluent English, Portuguese/Spanish a plus
Strong communication & collaboration skills

Good to have:

Experience with overseas projects
Extensive experience with classic console/mobile games

Responsibilities:

岗位职能：
* 主导PUBGM在拉美区域的核心推广策略，为产品的活跃/收入等核心KPI负责；
* 与研发及总部团队紧密配合，围绕拉美区域核心节点及产品主线内容，基于区域用户偏好制定整合营销方案及落地执行；
* 管理及维护区域各类核心网红，内容创作者，深耕当地主流内容平台，持续提升游戏在当地的内容声量；
* 开拓及管理区域所有核心agency及合作伙伴资源，带领拉美本地团队，把控从策略到执行的全流程落地；
* 持续跟踪及分析各类市场手段效果，及时调整和优化策略。

Requirements:

岗位要求：
* 5年以上游戏行业市场/品牌经验，有海外业务工作经验优先；
* 热爱游戏，各类经典主机/手游经验丰富，对FPS品类有深度理解；
* 良好的沟通和协作能力，能在跨国/跨文化/跨时差等条件下完成复杂项目落地；
* 英语读写流畅，可作为工作语言；有葡语/西语小语种能力优先；
* 基于业务及目标需求，乐于出差拉美。
