We are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to join the Skate team. You will report to Manager of Operations & Culture.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Ops & Culture team and main studio partners to drive studio operations
- Lead the deployment and management of team's equipment needs
- Lead the studio travel process and support the team with travel related questions and expenses
- Lead distribution list maintenance and slack channel hygiene
- Lead studio calendar maintenance
- Support the team with purchases (hardware, software, travel)
- Support the team in submitting service tickets
- Support space management for our office locations
- Other administrative responsibilities tasks for the studio
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Clear, kind & direct communication style
- Creative & passionate for creating the best experiences for employees
- Not afraid to challenge, identify need for change
- Love for organization and people
- Identify areas of need, develop solution, implement (autonomous)
BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $63,400 - $86,500 CAN Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
