Summary

As a Planner Jr. at EnStarcom Bogotá, you will be responsible for translating client and agency-defined strategies into comprehensive media plans. Your role will involve ensuring the plans align with client needs and characteristics, while fostering autonomy in media planning. You will also provide campaign support, track performance, and collaborate with clients to monitor results. The position includes negotiating and purchasing integrated media across various channels and working alongside media assistants and senior planners to execute campaign planning.
Must have:
  • 1-2 years experience as Media Assistant or similar role
  • Knowledge of integrated media planning, with a digital focus
  • Experience with media planning tools (Advertmind, AdMedia, Instar, TGI, eRadio, OMR)
  • Proficiency in office software (Office, other tools)
  • Intermediate English

  • Concretar la estrategia, diseñada por el cliente y la agencia en un Plan de medios acorde a las características y necesidades, logrando en el transcurso del desempeño, mayor autonomía en la planificación de medios.
  • Dar soporte y seguimiento de campañas y supervisar junto al cliente las performance de las mismas
  • Negociación y compra de medios integrales para su cliente.
  • Trabajar junto a los asistentes de medios y planners Sr en el proceso de planificación de las campañas. 

Requisitos

  • De 1 a 2 años como Asistente de Medios o roles afines
  • Conocimiento de planificación de medios integrales, con foco en digital
  • Conocimiento y manejo de herramientas de medios (Advertmind, AdMedia, Instar, TGI, eRadio, OMR)
  • Manejo de herramientas de oficina
  • Manejo de Office y otras herramientas informáticas
  • Ingles intermedio
