About the team The Institute of Management Strategy is responsible for management research and improvement. Its scope includes organizational design, risk control, policies and processes optimization, information efficiency improvement, and other management initiatives based on the company's strategic needs. 1. Support the creation and enhancement of in-person working policies through data analysis, research, and qualitative feedback to ensure they are effective and up-to-date. 2. Proven ability to anticipate and identify trends, patterns or behaviors, and take a considered, holistic approach to preventing or solving issues that affect the organization. 3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive the execution of these policies, managing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to define clear roles and operational steps. 4. Work closely with relevant teams to improve the in-person working experience, continuously refining policies for better efficiency as the organization and environment changes.

Minimum Qualifications 1. Experience in a relevant field, such as technology, consulting or strategy. 2. Strong systematic thinking with a keen attention to detail. 3. Confidently able to lead projects successfully and analyze data for informed decision-making. Preferred Qualifications 1. Background in policy development, project management, or operational improvement is a bonus.
