Objectives of this Role:
• Understand employee needs and wants. Using a variety of quantitative and qualitative approaches, create a deep understanding of what experiences our offices need to facilitate, with a view toward both global consistency as well as local differences.
• Oversee the office experience budget in partnership with Site Leaders. Through prioritization and financial analysis, develop the business case for proposed cultural experiences in the office.
• Design and oversee meaningful office experiences. Working with Site Leaders, Office Engagement Coordinators, People Strategy Partners, Employee Networks, the Purpose team, Marketing & Communications and others, design a regular cadence of both whole office events (e.g., Town Halls, hackathons, community volunteering days, seasonal celebrations) as well as team-based / employee-designed experiences (e.g., sports teams, book clubs, photography clubs)
• Optimize operational touchpoints. Some examples include providing playbooks for Site Leaders and Office Engagement Coordinators to execute on globally-coordinated office events; collaborating with the Facilities and Branding teams to design a variety of large and small collaborative spaces in offices; working with Corporate IT to ensure the availability of tools and technologies needed for collaboration.
• Design a global approach to local onboarding of new hires, in partnership with local teams to deliver e.g., Security, Facilities, CIT, People Strategy Partners. (This is to supplement on a local level our existing global/regional onboarding program)
• Monitor and address office engagement and manage a global office engagement budget, in partnership with local Site Leaders.
• Convene and facilitate a global network of Site Leaders (senior leaders responsible for their local office). Partner with site leaders to drive and execute against site-by-site engagement plans, i.e., townhalls, events, activities, communication/branding and share best practices globally.
• Convene and facilitate our global Office Manager network (administrative professionals who executive on local site needs)
• Monitor site attendance supported by an Office Experience Analyst and local Office & Engagement Coordinators, and where needed, design interventions to bring office attendance up to the required level.
• Manage an Office Experience Analyst and ensure the role provides excellent execution support
• Lead a team of Office Engagement Coordinators. Locations TBD.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 8+ years in a HR, project management, or people management role
• Proven experience organizing and guiding multiple teams and departments
• Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
• Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
• Experience with data analysis
• Experience with budget management
• Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
• Proven success in a project coordination role
• Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
• Strong project management skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication

The base pay range for this role is $115,500 - $192,500. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
