Job Description

The Media Buyer will be responsible for budget preparation and order placement in agency systems, sending orders and materials to media outlets, monitoring TV airtime and managing transmission issues, developing post-buy TV reports and implementation reports for other media, handling administrative closure of plans, and managing the closing and billing process. The role requires a minimum of two years' experience in media buying, strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, proficiency in Ibope tools (IWKS, Choices), data analysis skills, and intermediate Excel skills. A keen interest in digital media is also beneficial.

2+ years media buying experience
Organized and detail-oriented
Proactive and communicative
Ibope (IWKS, Choices) expertise
Data analysis skills
Intermediate Excel skills

Good to have:

Digital media knowledge

Descripción del empleo

- Montar los presupuestos y ordenes en los sistemas de ordenación de cada agencia.
- Enviar las ordenes y materiales a los medios.
- Monitorear la transmisión de la pauta de TV y gestiona reclamos de fallas de transmisión.
- Desarrollar reportes de Post Buy TV y de implementación de otros medios.
- Hacer el cierre administrativo de los planes (plan, orden de compra, orden del medio, factura del medio).
- Gestionar el proceso de cierre y facturación.

Requisitos

Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puestos de compra de medios.
Organizado y orientado al detalle.
Proactivo y comunicativo.
Conocimiento demostrado en el uso de herramientas de Ibope: IWKS, Choices
Orientado al uso de herramientas y análisis de datos.
Interés en aprender y desarrollar sus conocimientos en medios digitales.
Dominio intermedio, de Excel
