How we LEAD:
We are seeking a Manager to join Bravado’s US Finance team. You will be critical in helping to support the general accounting close cycle and corporate reporting process, in addition to providing financial analysis and audit support. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of combined frontline general ledger and/or corporate reporting experience, possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and CPA credentials are preferred.
This Manager should have a deep understanding of Bravado’s Music, Merchandise, Retail, VIP/Tour, Licensing, Partnerships, Business Development and eCommerce D2C (direct to consumer) landscape across tiers ranging from high-end department stores to mass retail and venues.
This role will be a key leader based in the NYC working hybrid Monday – Thursday (in the office).
How you’ll CREATE:
In a fast-paced and growing environment like ours, priorities and projects often change so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
• Assist in the monthly financial close and reporting process.
• Prepare journal entry support for the central accounting team.
• Compile necessary support for compliance policies.
• Liaison with the various external and internal clients.
• Support special projects and process improvement initiatives.
Bring your VIBE:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• CPA preferred, but not required.
• At least 5 years of general ledger accounting, audit, and financial analysis experience is required.
• Music/Entertainment or Merchandise industry experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrable proficiency in the use of Excel; experience with Macros a plus.
• Experience with accounting and financial applications software; Hyperion Financial Management/Smartview Reporting, SAP, and Navision.
• Exceptional problem-solving, risk assessment, and analysis skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including effectively communicating and consulting with diverse, cross-functional audiences, able to influence and negotiate.
• Exceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple competing priorities and successfully get work done through others.
• Results oriented; Must be proactive, detail oriented, and possess the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and team skills, bringing an end-to-end business mindset and approach to getting results.
• Strong learning agility, ability to adapt quickly to new information, processes and inputs and successfully work through ambiguity.
• Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, often changing environment and can effectively shift between strategic thinking and executing work.

Salary Range:
$65,520 - $136,400The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
