Job Description

As a Manager, Customer Success at Zscaler, based remotely in Dubai, you'll lead a team in the Middle East, aligning them with strategic programs and driving operational goals. Responsibilities include fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring platform adoption, maintaining high customer experience, and meeting customer requirements. You'll nurture team growth through feedback, skill gap analysis, and enablement. You'll also coach and drive positive behaviors, manage escalations, and provide technical leadership, working to ensure value realization and optimal customer experience. Hiring and developing team members is a key part of this role. You will report to the VP CS EMEA and be part of the EMEA Customer Success organization.
Must have:
  • 3+ years leadership in SaaS Customer Success
  • 5+ years as field-based CSM or TAM with $1m+ accounts
  • Degree level education
  • Team alignment & strategic program execution
  • Customer relationship building & platform adoption
  • Team development & coaching
  • Escalation management & technical leadership
Good to have:
  • Technical background in internet & security technologies (SWG, Sandboxing, Firewall, DLP, VPNs, MPLS, SD-WAN, WAN Optimization)

We're looking for an experienced Manager to lead a Customer Success team in the Middle-East (to be based in and working in a #REMOTE capacity from Duba). Reporting to the VP CS EMEA, you will be part of the EMEA Customer Success organization and have the following responsibilities:

  • You will align the team on the Customer Success strategic programmes, driving these goals operationally. You will help ensure the team builds great relationships with their customers, guaranteeing adoption of the platform, maintaining a high level of customer experience - meeting customers' requirements.
  • You will nurture the team in their career growth, with regular feedback, skill gap analysis and enablement recommendations.
  • You will support and drive the right behaviours through coaching and contribute to the success of our customers. Working with customers to ensure value realisation and optimal customer experience. Keeping a calm head to manage escalations, alongside providing technical leadership.
  • You will hire and develop great people.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success as a leader within a SaaS business.
  • Minimum of 5 years as a field-based CSM or TAM, working with $1m+ accounts.
  • Minimum education to Degree level.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A technical background in Internet and Security technologies such as SWG, Sandboxing, FireWall, DLP, VPNs, MPLS, SD-WAN or WAN Optimization.
  • Direct management experience with demonstrated leadership - improving management of costs, methods, and staffing.
