岗位职责
1.主要负责PUBG MOBILE产品发行过程中整体海外英文社区内容运营,通过对不同类型的社区和用户习惯的洞察及分析,根据项目不同的阶段,负责制定相应的内容平台和渠道(包括不限于Facebook、YouTube、TikTok等)的整体运营策略,并为落地效果负责;
2.在持续发行运营的过程中,搭建与玩家的双向沟通机制,沟通沉淀核心用户,引导并维护社区口碑;
3. 通过用户调研、内容打磨、推广效果跟踪和数据分析,持续优化各个社区的内容生产和运营策略,提升社区用户粘性和热度;
4.对主流游戏产品有精准洞察,逐步建立PGC、PUGC生产机制与渠道分发能力,引入和管理优质作者,引导优质UGC生产,为游戏内容发行提供帮助。
岗位要求
1.3年或以上网络游戏运营相关工作经验;有至少一段从项目筹备、上线到持续运营的完整经验优先;
2.具备出色的沟通协调能力和项目管理能力,能够有效处理合作执行中出现的问题,以及跨部门的沟通协调;
3.具备游戏社区运营经验及内容生态和创作者孵化经验;
4.熟悉各大内容平台短视频平台,有创意,善于捕捉内容话题与潮流热点;
5. 对当前主流用户群体和文化具备理解力和洞察;
6. 有较强的合作精神与抗压能力,具备流畅英语听说读写交流能力;
7.有较优秀文笔以及文案把控能力者优先。能够流畅使用英语作为工作语言。
