Behaviour Interactive is looking for a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant to support the Legal Director, Commercial & Privacy. If you possess excellent organizational skills and enjoy working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where tasks are varied and evolving, this could be the perfect role for you. In this position, you will play a vital role in assisting the legal team, executing multiple tasks, and contributing to the overall success of the department.

In this role you will :

Assist the legal team with internal clients’requests;
Assist the legal team with contract platform data entry;
Participate in the preparation of legal documents;
Assist the legal team with the management of the trademark and copyright portfolio;
Assist the legal team with administrative tasks;
Participate in some special projects and do other related tasks;

What we're looking for :

You have an AEC or DEC in legal techniques;
You have between 1 and 3 years of experience in an in-house legal department or a law firm;
You are able to write and communicate in both French and English;
You are a tech enthusiast, are familiar with the Microsoft Office suite tools, and have some knowledge of corporate law or you have used a contract management tool;
You are a team player with a can do attitude and show initiative;
You have great people skills and demonstrate professionalism, integrity and respect for confidentiality;
