About this role:

Tribe Gaming is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team! This contract position plays a crucial role in creating visually compelling video assets for Tribe channels and white label projects. This includes designing overlays, title cards, and lower thirds for Tribe's YouTube videos. Additionally, they will be responsible for producing various social media graphics, including giveaways, memes, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Video Assets for Tribe Channels and White Label
  • Design and create visually appealing overlays, title cards, and lower thirds for Tribe's YouTube videos, ensuring consistent branding and visual coherence.
  • Collaborate with the video production team to understand their requirements and create assets that enhance the overall video viewing experience.
  • Stay up to date with the latest video design trends and techniques to continually improve the quality and impact of Tribe's video assets.
• Social Media Graphics
  • Design and create various social media graphics, including giveaways, memes, announcements, and other engaging visual content across different platforms.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to understand the objectives and tone of each graphic and develop designs that align with Tribe's brand voice.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all social media platforms while adapting designs to suit specific requirements and optimize engagement.

Requirements:

• Experience
  • Previous experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a digital or creative agency, is advantageous.
• Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Knowledge of animation and video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
  • Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and specifications for social media graphics.
• Creativity and Attention to Detail
  • Demonstrated creative ability to conceptualize and execute visually compelling design solutions.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce accurate and error-free design assets.
  • Strong understanding of current design trends and the ability to adapt to emerging styles.
• Communication and Collaboration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with creators and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
