We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior Accountant to join our team in Bucharest!

What you'll get to do:

Responsible for uploading, requesting approval and posting invoices / receipts in the accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics-Navision);
Record and reconcile bank statements;
Reconciliation of vendor balances;
Reconciliation of intercompany transactions and balances;
Reconciliation of accruals and prepayment accounts;
Any other ad hoc requirement related to finance department.

What You need to know:

Bachelor’s degree in an Economics related field;
Experience of at least 1-2 years in accounting;
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics-Navision is a plus;
Very good knowledge of Excel;
Very good organizer, attention to details, analytical mind;
English knowledge – medium level;
Ability to follow documented procedures, logical thinking;
Willingness to continuously learn and improve;
Proactive in improving and automating some of the activity;
Capable of researching standards for registering certain operations;
Very good communication skills;
Good handle on working under pressure;
Outstanding work ethics.

Hybrid work schedule: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home (during your first 3 months, you'll be in the office full-time)
