Responsibilities - Utilize analytics, statistics, systems, and business intelligence methods to accurately identify areas to maintain company's legal compliance with governmental intellectual property (IP) regulations. - Review and assist with resolving urgent internal and external IP escalations, including Business Development, Engineering, Music, Quality, and Legal, and remove accounts in violation of company policies and address gaps in policies and tools. - Collaborate with various stakeholders on Intellectual Property and Identity projects and process improvements. - Review and address Notice and Takedown (NTD) requests and monitor urgent removal request against livestream content. - Process user appeals to content removal from enforcing intellectual property policies. - Act as main point of contact for a selection of external brands on IP concerns. - Redirect urgent user requests to relevant Trust and Safety teams internally. - Monitor responses and provide resolution to pending reports. - Engage with other teams to highlight discrepancies in policies.

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations Research, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: - IP infringement risk and incident management, including identifying process gaps and solutions; - Drafting reports of IP infringement based on partial or incomplete identifiers, compiling the reporting history of right holders, and compiling the communication history of specific reporters; and - Using SQL and data visualization tools to query information from relevant data sets, including query report information, report volumes, trouble-shooting, and efficiency metrics.
