Job Description:

Our Swedish Data & Analytics team is now looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our journey and help us grow. As an Implementation Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our clients, providing personalized assistance in customizing Google Analytics to meet their specific requirements. Your expertise will extend to offering strategic guidance to clients on data collection and utilization. In addition, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive implementation instructions for our clients' developers and aiding them throughout the implementation process. 

On a daily basis, you will utilize your proficiency in Google Analytics, JavaScript, and Google Tag Manager to carry out your duties. Emphasizing an iterative approach, you will maintain continuous communication with clients, ensuring progress is made towards mutually defined objectives.

Qualifications:  

  • Degree, vocational education, or other training within computer and systems sciences or a similar relevant background.  
  • Minimum of one year’s working experience, preferably within the consulting industry.  
  • Genuine interest in, and good understanding of, JavaScript and digital analytics.  
  • Ability to plan your work well, enjoy the iterative process, and stick to deadlines.  
  • Team player (both at our clients and with Merkle colleagues) yet able to work on your own, when needed.  
  • Professional, communicative, and confident.  
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both in speaking and writing.  
     

Previous experience working with SQL, BigQuery, Javascript and working for a consulting firm is desirable. It is also a plus if you have worked with Firebase from Google.
