Summary

The Senior Payroll Specialist will manage all aspects of payroll for the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance with Italian law, and process efficiency. Responsibilities include payroll processing, salary calculation, tax/contribution verification, process optimization, compliance with Italian labor laws, interaction with payroll providers and regulatory bodies, and reporting to management. The role requires at least 5 years of payroll experience, strong knowledge of Italian labor laws, familiarity with payroll software (Zucchetti), and advanced Excel skills. The successful candidate will supervise the Time Attendance platform and work towards process improvements and risk mitigation.

Il/La Senior Payroll Specialist sarà responsabile della gestione completa delle attività di payroll per l'azienda, assicurando l'accuratezza, la conformità alla legislazione italiana e l'efficienza dei processi.
Questa figura, oltre a occuparsi dell'elaborazione delle paghe e degli stipendi, svolgerà anche un ruolo di verifica dei processi, con l’obiettivo di ottimizzare le procedure e garantire il rispetto delle normative e degli standard interni.

As our new Senior Payroll Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to:

    • Supervisione completa delle operazioni di payroll, incluse la raccolta e l'elaborazione dei dati mensili di presenze, la verifica del calcolo di stipendi e oneri fiscali/contributivi, assicurando accuratezza e rispetto delle tempistiche di processo.
    • Supervisione della conformità alla legislazione italiana in materia di lavoro, contrattualistica e contributi, interfacciandosi con il pay roll provider che garantirà l’aggiornamento normativo nazionali e locale
    • Verificherà i processi payroll per identificare aree di miglioramento, garantendo l’adeguatezza dei controlli interni e il rispetto degli standard di qualità. Supervisionerà il funzionamento della piattaforma Time Attendance (Zucchetti) per verificarne il costante aggiornamento e il corretto funzionamento
    • Interfacciarsi con enti previdenziali, fiscali e sindacali, assicurando la corretta gestione delle comunicazioni obbligatorie e dei versamenti in carico al pay roll provider e/o alle funzioni interne preposte
    • Redigere report periodici per il management sulle attività di payroll e sugli esiti degli audit, suggerendo interventi per ottimizzare l’efficienza dei processi e ridurre i rischi di non conformità.

You’ll have:

    • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nell’ambito payroll, preferibilmente in contesti strutturati, e una solida esperienza come revisore di processi HR.
    • Ottima conoscenza della legislazione del lavoro italiana, inclusi gli aspetti contrattuali, fiscali e contributivi, preferibilmente anche del CCNL Giornalisti
    • Familiarità con i principali software di payroll, con la piattaforma di Time Attendance (Zucchetti) e con Excel a livello avanzato.
    • Approccio strutturato e orientato alla risoluzione di problemi, con un forte orientamento alla precisione.
    • Capacità di interagire efficacemente con interlocutori interni ed esterni.
    • Laurea in Economia, Giurisprudenza o affini
    • Certificazioni in ambito HR/Payroll e/o auditing (es. CIMA, Payroll Professional)
    • Esperienza in contesti aziendali complessi (es. multinazionali)
