Job Description

Highway Engineer with experience in leading and managing design teams required for a role in Noida, India. Must have strong understanding of highway design principles and practices, including knowledge of design software such as Autodesk Civil 3D and Bentley Open Roads. Middle East experience is an added advantage.

Job Description

Key responsibilities and duties of this position include:

Ensure that the designs meet regulatory requirements and industry standards for safety, accessibility, and sustainability.

Detail geometric design of Highways, Airports & Track Alignments.

Collaborate between different disciplines and ability to find solutions to challenging issues

Doing feasibility, preliminary and detailed design work relating to highways engineering projects

Collaborate effectively with the team members and stakeholders.

Maintaining brand reputation whilst undertaking the project (both with the Group key client and in the wider industry)

Tracking the project progress.

Candidate Specification

A bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, and chartership is preferred.

Candidate should have good experience in highway design, including experience in leading and managing design teams.

Should have a deep understanding of highway design principles and practices, including knowledge of design software such as Autodesk Civil 3D, Bentley Open Roads.

Middle east experience would be an added advantage

Should have strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, develop project timelines and budgets, and work effectively with project teams.

Should have excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals.

Should proactively seek personal and professional development opportunities.
