Overview

As a Producer at Play Digital, you will manage the development process of our cutting-edge online games, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and align with the studio's vision. Your role is central to coordinating activities across multi-disciplinary teams, including art, development, and sound, to produce high-quality games that captivate our target market.

What You’ll Do

•   Manage the activities of cross-functional teams including Art, Development, Math, and Sound to produce high-quality games.
•   Make critical decisions on the game's look and feel, as well as on game design features.
•   Develop, track, and report on project progress, including resources, technical pipelines, schedules, and project metrics.
•   Identify and communicate project risks, devising contingency plans as necessary.
•   Handle all game-related communication and paperwork, including specifications, sign-off materials, and marketing content.
•   Ensure the final product aligns with the studio's vision and meets the target market and demographic needs.
•   Solicit and incorporate feedback from key stakeholders throughout various stages of development.
•   Participate in game development post-mortems to improve cross-development processes.

About You

•   Over 5 years of experience in similar roles within the gaming industry.
•   Strong understanding of game production processes and best practices.
•   Proficient in managing game product stacks, including server, platform, protocol, and client communication.
•   Basic technical knowledge of web and software development, including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
•   Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing timelines, people, and resources.
•   Highly responsible, proactive, with a strong sense of project ownership.
