Finance Operations Manager

We are seeking a smart and talented Finance Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and financial efficiency. This role will manage Salesforce implementation, financial processes, vendor relationships, and legal coordination across our US and Israel sites.

Salesforce Management

• Oversee Salesforce implementation and integration for streamlined workflows.
• Ensure data accuracy and efficiency in sales cycle management.
• Improve financial operations processes and systems.
• Partner with product and commercial teams for operational readiness in new deals and expansions.

Collections & Accounts Receivable

• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.
• Oversee customer onboarding and billing processes.
• Conduct weekly A/R reviews for revenue alignment.
• Collaborate on revenue forecasting and reporting.

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Supervise procurement for cost efficiency and policy compliance.
• Negotiate vendor agreements to optimize cash flow.

Legal Coordination

• Work with legal counsel on contracts, agreements, and NDAs in Israel and the US jurisdictions.
• Support Board meetings, shareholder updates, and legal requirements.

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2+ years in finance operations
• Salesforce experience
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and verbal)
• Based in Eastern time zone
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with NetSuite or ERP systems
• Strong organizational and project management skills
