Job Responsibilities :

• Handle  refund processing.

• Support the verification of cash channels and update the collection summary.

• Assist in generating monthly Statements of Account (SOA) and sending them to merchants.

• Help with the preparation of invoices for new signups, renewals, and parcels.

• Monitor emails from bank for any  refund bounce backs.

• Prepare monthly listings for refund fees.

• Assist with import SAP Outgoing payment to SAP Accounting Software

• Recalculate MDR as directed by the superior team.

• Assist with resolving aging billing issues after data import.

• Provide support during the closing process, especially with month-end invoicing (import).

• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
