Team Introduction Finance BP and Business FP&A is a sub-department of Finance. It aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial risks and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports. Responsibilities - Provide strategic support and advice to Trust and Safety department heads and senior finance managers; - Carry out the Financial Planning process of the key functions: prepare management closing and reporting, develop near-term and long-term budget plans, monitor budget implementation to ensure commitments are timely met, carry out variance analysis and update the budget/forecast periodically; - Financial Performance Tracking and Analysis: Deliver accurate and timely tracking of business financial performance to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to drive business growth and improvement; Conduct in-depth analysis to derive actionable insights; - Work closely with business teams, HQ finance and other corporate functions and be responsible for optimizing practices, policies, programs, and procedures; - Partner with business units, conduct multi-dimensional analyses and provide insightful and quality financial advice to support company’s business decision-making; - Support industry analysis, business intelligence research, and other ad-hoc requests; - Constantly improve the finance and operation process and efficiency; - Corporate with company system and COE teams for system optimization and financial data dashboard building; - Handle other operational finance tasks and respond to inquiries from business in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Soft skills: great communication and presentation skills, strong logical reasoning, team-work spirit, self-motivated and critical thinking, able to manage time effectively, capable of working across different time zones; - Hard skills: data analysis, financial modeling, and financial analysis; Advanced in excel, word, PPT, etc. SQL and Power BI is prefered; - Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel, and excellent time-management skills - Mandarin language proficiency is required due to working with financial systems, reviewing financial documents, using tools, and partnering with external banks in China. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance or Accounting required; - 5+ years of FP&A or equivalent work experience. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $96000 - $215000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match. In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.
