[Responsibilities]
1) 임원 업무 서포트
- 회의 등 일정 관리 및 유관 부서와의 커뮤니케이션
- 일반 비서 업무 (회의실, 식당 예약, 업무비용 처리 등)
- 전반적인 업무 서포트
2) 해외 임직원 방문 지원
- 일정관리, 차량배차, PCR검사진행 등 입국부터 출국까지 전반적인 일정 지원 및 의전 업무
3) 출장 지원
- 항공권 발급, 호텔 예약, 비자 발급 등
- 국내여행사 및 해외 담당자 커뮤니케이션
4) 각종 요청자료 search 및 리스트 관리
5) 임원 집무실 환경 정리
6) 각종 물품 구매 및 비용 정산
7) 외부 손님 응대 및 대내외 커뮤니케이션
8) 워크샵/이벤트 지원
Requirements
- 3년 이상의 비서 직무 경험으로 다양한 노하우를 갖추신 분
- 업무상 영어 커뮤니케이션이 원활하신 분
- 업무 수행에 필요한 기본적인 엑셀, 워드 등 문서 작업이 가능하신 분
- 팀 내 협업 능력이 우수하고, 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력과 유연한 사고력을 가지신 분
- 세심하고 꼼꼼하며 맡은 업무에 책임감이 강하신 분
Preferred Qualifications
- 외국계 회사에서 임원 비서 경력이 있는 분
- 관련 업무 경험자 및 전공자 우대
- 구글, 슬랙, 노션 등 IT tool 활용 경험이 있으신 분
