Job Description

The Employee Experience Lead at Hasbro will develop and execute comprehensive employee engagement strategies aligned with the company's mission and values. This role involves leading initiatives to improve the employee experience, collaborating with HR and IT on employee journey touchpoints (from onboarding to retirement), implementing engagement programs (brand activations, recognition, etc.), analyzing employee data to drive insights, fostering a culture of innovation, and managing employee engagement events. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, analytical, and collaborative skills, along with a proven track record of success in employee engagement initiatives. This is a hybrid role based in either Pawtucket, RI or Renton, WA.

Reporting to the VP Internal Communications, this is an excellent opportunity to partner with internal leaders and teams improve workplace culture and drive organizational performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating a positive work environment and a proven track record of success in employee engagement initiatives.

 

This is a hybrid role and can be based in our office in either Pawtucket, Rhode Island, or Renton, Washington.

 

A Day in the Life of Employee Engagement:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive employee engagement strategies that align with Hasbro's mission and values.
  • Lead initiatives to improve the employee experience including office environment and collaboration design, digital tools and virtual workspaces.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT to design and track the end-to-end employee experience. From onboarding to retirement, understand the employee touchpoints and how to best engage with them in the journey to create a cohesive corporate story.
  • Implement and manage employee engagement programs, including brand activations, recognition, and moments of “play”.
  • Be a data scientist. Understand employee data, digital usage data, and other feedback mechanisms to define insights and recommendations.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by encouraging employee participation and feedback. Serve as the ultimate employee ambassador and have a deep understanding of employee sentiment and needs.
  • Manage and oversee employee engagement events and activities, ensuring they are well-organized and impactful.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement best practices and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful employee engagement programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with digital tools and platforms for employee engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

 

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

  • Starting Pay Range: $78,000
  • Pay Range End: $117,000
