Job Description

Tesla Automation seeks an Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik to install and wire machinery, control cabinets, and electropneumatic units. Responsibilities include functional testing, commissioning automation processes, supporting production line acceptance, and setting up lines globally. The ideal candidate will possess a completed apprenticeship as an Elektroniker Betriebstechnik, Mechatroniker, or equivalent. Strong technical understanding, proficiency in reading technical plans and drawings, knowledge of automation processes and electro-pneumatics, and travel readiness are essential. Excellent German and English language skills are required. This role involves international travel and requires flexibility, teamwork, and independent, methodical work.

Must have:

Completed apprenticeship as Elektroniker Betriebstechnik or equivalent
Technical understanding & ability to read technical plans
Knowledge of automation processes and electro-pneumatics
Installation & wiring of machinery and control cabinets
Functional testing and commissioning of automation processes
Proficient in German and English (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel internationally

What You’ll Do

Installation und Verdrahtung von Maschinen und Anlagen, Schaltschränken, und elektropneumatischen Funktionseinheiten anhand von elektrotechnischen Dokumentationen
Funktionsüberprüfung von elektropneumatischen Baugruppen und Anlagen
Inbetriebnahme von Automatisierungsprozessen
Unterstützung bei der Abnahme von Produktionslinien
Aufstellen der Produktionslinien in den Tesla Standorten weltweit

What You’ll Bring

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als (Elektroniker Betriebstechnik, Mechatroniker o. ä.) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Gutes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit technische Pläne sowie Zeichnungen lesen und verstehen zu können
Kenntnisse von Automatisierungsprozessen und in der Elektro-Pneumatik
Reisebereitschaft (In- und Ausland)
Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige, methodische und professionelle Arbeitsweise
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
