Onward Search seeks a Digital Marketing Manager (contract, 12 months) for a global e-marketplace. The role involves growing and optimizing marketing programs across key Affiliate Subnetworks (LTK, ShopMy, etc.) to drive buyer conversion and engagement. Responsibilities include strategic planning, campaign development (testing incentives and creating compelling creative), agency management, and performance reporting (ROI, GMS, etc.). The ideal candidate possesses 4-7 years of experience in influencer marketing within a performance marketing team, preferably with DTC or online retailer experience. Strong Affiliate Marketing and Partner Management skills are crucial, along with proficiency in Google Workspace and project management. Experience with various software and multi-touch attribution models is also preferred.

We’re looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager (contract) for a global e-marketplace for unique and creative goods.

You’ll join the Growth Marketing Team to convert new buyers and drive existing buyers to shop more frequently on the client's website and app. 

  • This is a 12 month opportunity.
  • Hybrid onsite in Brooklyn, New York.

Responsibilities: 

  • We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager  who will be responsible for growing and optimizing marketing programs across key Affiliate Subnetworks (LTK, ShopMy, etc.) to drive activation and engagement.
  • Strategic Planning:  develop and implement optimization strategies to continue growth of the Social Affiliate Program. 
  • Guide the overall creative and operational direction for engagement 
  • Analyze platform and market trends to identify opportunities for partnership and expansion 
  • Campaign Development: create multi-channel campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, test incentives (commissions, gift cards, cash compensation) to see which are most effective per network. 
  • Develop best-in-class creative for partner placements, newsletters, and social posts. 
  • Agency Management: create briefs to outline objectives, performance expectations, target audience, and key messaging for engagement and campaign management. 
  • Performance Reporting: manage  tracking and analysis of the InDirect program (ROI, GMS, spend, traffic, engaged visits, impressions).
  • Analyze effectiveness of campaigns and incentives to make data-driven recommendations for optimizations

Requirements: 

  • 4-7+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing within a performance marketing team. DTC or online retailer experience preferred. 
  • The candidate must have knowledge and experience working in the creator/influencer space, specifically Affiliate Marketing, Partner Management skills. 
  • Highly proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Slack. 
  • Prior experience managing large projects involving cross-functional participants, multiple dependencies, and aggressive timelines.
  • Bachelor degree or master degree in business, management, marketing communications.
  • Proficiency in a measurement solutions including multi-touch attribution models, Brand Lift, Increment Resting.
  • Experience using software like Monday.com, Mailchimp, Jira, Wrike, Smartsheets, CreatorIQ, Looker, and/or AWIN.
