This individual will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between development and operations, enhancing our deployment pipeline to deliver software efficiently and reliably. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of DevOps engineers to streamline and automate our deployment processes.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable releases.
• Oversee infrastructure management, ensuring high availability and scalability of our systems.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions in a timely manner.
• Foster best practices for configuration management, monitoring, and logging to enhance system performance.
• Coach and mentor team members, promoting professional development and skill enhancement.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or a related field.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.) for automation tasks.
• Solid grasp of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a track record of successful team management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
• Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
