Job Description

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the creative teams to align Creative Vision and Strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and creative vision.
- Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, providing guidance and inspiration.
- Develop and present creative concepts and strategies for video projects.
- Oversee and guide the production process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for storytelling, visual style, and content.
- Review and provide feedback on scripts, storyboards, and post-production edits.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative techniques to ensure our work remains cutting-edge.
- Proven experience in creative direction within a video production agency or related field.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
