Purpose:
To deliver operational excellence in cargo consolidation and the effective management of origin shipment documentation management, client relationship management, and proactive stakeholder communication is delivered to the highest possible standard, and that continuous improvements are suggested and delivered.
I- Roles & Responsibility
The staff needs to pay high attention on learning documentation as below:
1.1. Clear on bank slip receiving from customer in SAP
1.2. Do daily collection report ( daily collection by verify with chq and bank slip we received verify with the system SAP)
1.3. Bank Clearing (100% accuracy with check list and Invioces payment)
1.4. Credit terms of vendors and release invioces original to vendors (Issue on letter of deposit…)
1.5. Stamp management
1.6. Ensure file daily collection are update
1.7. Follow up closely with the outstanding/pending issues
1.8. Ensure efficient and accurate filing and closed shipments files
1.9. Willing to learn & do task which is assigned by leaders
It is very important that staff must assure timeliness and accuracy when performing the task
We provide the rights for staff's own decision-making, and he/she must ensure this is not lead to cost/non-compliance as
mentioned in SOP. For anything unclear/doubt about, we highly recommend trainee to ask for clear understanding first before
doing. The staff need to responsible for his/her own action.

1- Computer skill (outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel)
2- Writing skill (short, clear and simple for reader to understand)
3- System update (SAP, Mods knowledge)
4- Time management
5- Customer service
6- Problem solving
