Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance C++ applications for capital markets products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including traders, analysts, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.
Implement and optimize trading algorithms, risk management tools, and pricing models.
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices through code reviews and refactoring.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in the existing codebase, providing timely resolutions.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in capital markets technology to propose innovative solutions.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and support.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Must have
5+ years of strong experience in C++ coding and development role (relevant experience)
Must have good experience in Modern C++ coding
Good in C++ programming language with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
Familiarity with other programming languages such as Python or Java.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Nice to have
Experience with distributed computing and parallel programming.
Knowledge of financial mathematics and quantitative analysis.
Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial industry.
Previous experience in developing trading systems or risk management software.
