Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Identify and connect with potential clients, build strong relationships, and understand their business needs.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present tailored proposals that effectively communicate CodeNinja’s value proposition.
• Sales Support: Assist in sales processes, follow-ups, and contract negotiations to secure deals.
• Networking: Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to expand professional connections.
• Reporting: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to refine business strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in software services.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to build rapport with clients.
• Language: Fluent in Arabic with professional proficiency in English.
• Tech Awareness: Interest in technology and basic understanding of software services is a plus.
• Location: Based in Riyadh.
