The Benefits Partner will be responsible for designing and implementing best-in-class benefits solutions across EMEA. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships (insurance brokers, carriers), developing and executing a benefits communication plan (educational materials, presentations, workshops), continuously evaluating current practices for improvement, collaborating with EMEA Payroll, HR Partnering, and regional People Services teams, acting as a point of contact for benefit-related escalations, providing exceptional service to stakeholders, assisting with implementing new programs and plan changes, building reports and dashboards, presenting recommendations, and influencing stakeholders through data analysis. This role requires strong vendor management, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the EMEA labor environment and country regulations.
