Auto Paint Technician

鈑金噴漆技術人員主要負責車身的修復和修復，使車身漆面恢復到出廠標準，讓客戶滿意。成功的結果應該是鈑金噴漆的專家和具有大量相關經驗的人。

• Operates and uses all body shop equipment properly and safely
• Masks and protects parts that are not to be painted or coated
• Mixes paint according to specifications. Tints color for proper match
• Produces test panels when needed to obtain industry acceptable color match
• Paints surface using sprayer or brush as appropriate
• Inspects painted units for quality of workmanship, noting any runs, sags and unpainted areas
• Maintains tools and keeps equipment clean and in a proper state of repair
• Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer
• Complies with all China laws and environmental standards
• Able to work flexible hours and be available to work extended hours to complete tasks as requested by management
• Attends training in order to constantly improve
• Other Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need

• 當需要行業常用的顏色組合時生產面板測試
• 使用噴霧器或油漆刷正確修復油漆
• 檢查塗漆過程，確保沒有塗漆表面或未塗漆區域
• 維護並保持清潔設備和可維修的狀態
• 嚴格按照設備製造商的要求維護和佩戴個人防護用品和防護口罩
• 遵守中國法律和環境標準
• 能夠接受彈性的工作時間和必要的加班，以完成上級分配的任務
• 參加培訓，不斷提升自己
• 依業務發展完成需要交通運輸辦公室的其他任務
