Job Description & Summary:
As an Associate you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Participation in assignments involving assisting corporate organizations in their finance operations/ finance transformation projects
Play a role in advising clients on strategic finance-related matters and designing solutions that can help address complex finance-related challenges, achieve sustainable results, and demonstrate real impact
Participation in Finance processes diagnostics, maturity assessments, and benchmarking
Participation in design and implement new Finance operating models
Participation in automation and digital projects related to finance operations
Participation in the preparation of commercial offers
Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise
Keep up-to-date with developments in area of specialization
Education Level:
Bachelor / Master’s degree (Finance, Mathematics, Statistics Economics, Accounting or IT degree)
Experience, knowledge, skills:
Basic understanding of corporate treasury / corporate finance / financial planning and analysis functions
Experienced user of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Relevant professional qualification is an advantage
Knowledge of financial accounting is an advantage
Financial modelling, programming skills is an advantage
Readiness to change comfort zone to challenging environment
Ability to multitask
Desired languages: Russian, English
