Job Description: Associate III - Product Design - Visual Designer

Position Overview:

• Design and develop human-centered digital products that feature ease of use and employ best-in-class interaction and visual design.

• Deliver a delightful customer experience by collaborating with business, technology, and product teams to understand the product vision and translate it into tangible design propositions.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of deliverables such as customer journeys, empathy maps, and opportunity maps.

• Establish the look and feel for various interfaces, including websites, mobile devices, apps, kiosks, games, and wearables.

• Work within brand guidelines to create screen layouts that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through visual touchpoints.

• Design user-centered interaction models, wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.

• Develop MVP beta versions and production-ready applications by designing user interface elements and UX specifications.

• Follow Design Language Systems and Brand guidelines.

• Practice design alongside multidisciplinary teams, including product engineers, product managers, business stakeholders, and other designers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma with 4+ years of experience in a digital design-related discipline (e.g., Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Visual Communication, New Media Design, or Universal Design).

• Experience in digital design disciplines including Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Visual Communication, Storytelling, New Media, and Universal Design.

• Solid foundation in color, typography, screen layout, and visual design, with experience in visual transitions, micro animation, motion design, and dynamic interaction elements.

• Extensive hands-on experience with prototyping tools such as Figma (proficient), Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.

• Experience in envisioning and designing for products/platforms, working simultaneously on multiple complex design problems.

• Understanding of web design and front-end development challenges, including usability, responsive design, and browser and cross-platform compatibility.

• Excellent visual communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.

• An excellent design portfolio showcasing your best work is mandatory.
