Job Description

The Associate Account Director will independently lead client teams, managing the entire project lifecycle and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities include daily client communication, project execution, independent proposal writing, proactive communication of business and commercial progress, and effective internal communication with leadership and relevant departments to provide solutions. The ideal candidate will possess 6+ years of experience, preferably in traditional advertising at a 4A agency. Experience with FMCG and/or finance clients is preferred. Strong independence, mature business judgment, proactive communication, and excellent English skills are essential. The role demands a positive, inclusive, resilient attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork.

Must have:

6+ years experience (4A agency preferred)
Independent project management
Strong client communication
Excellent problem-solving skills
FMCG/Finance client experience preferred

Good to have:

Excellent English skills
