The Role

Reporting to a Development Director or Development Manager, an Assistant Development Manager (ADM) ensures the delivery of a game feature is on time and within budget. You as the ADM will monitor and report on the project schedule.

Your Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and reporting on a project in a development team which generally consists of Software Engineers.
  • Provide management escalation and promote initial partner deployments.
  • Host daily stand-up meetings and ensure the team is following internal procedures.
  • Focus on the immediate team and help them identify team issues
  • Ensure regular status reporting and capacity plans are updated..

Your Qualifications

  • Project Management Course that covers processes and project planning.
  • Bachelor's degree (or studies in progress) in any number of related fields including Computer Science, Game Development, Business, 3D Arts.
  • Experience in a Scrum / Agile software development environment (Jira, Slack Automations, Excel, Google Sheet Automations or Miro) is preferred but not necessary.
  • Some experience with formal communications, publishing reports is recommended.
