Lemon Yellow is looking for a Art Director who can play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand campaigns, guiding the team towards a vision that makes people stop, stare, and share.

What do we need from you?

Creativity at the core

Creativity is just the tip of the iceberg, concept is the hero behind the curtains. Expertise in conceptualization and execution of visual campaigns across multiple channels and platforms is a must.

Aesthetics is not just a buzz-word for us, it’s a practice. A proactive approach towards maintaining the visual style and aesthetics of projects and campaigns to ensure consistency.

Collaboration and communication

Communication is the key to unlocking the brief. Work closely with internal teams and clients to capture their vision, objectives, and brand aesthetics in the visuals.

Don’t just be a follower, be a creator- of concepts and visuals. Present your ideas and designs to clients, incorporating feedback if and when needed.

We’re all about good experiences, be it on screen or not. Ensure a smooth collaboration with deliverables that align with client expectations.

Quality assurance

We value quality over quantity. And both are a bonus. To ensure utmost quality, oversee the creation process ensuring polished and professional creatives that meet the brand standards.

Multitasking is an art that we count as a skill. If you have the ability to handle multiple projects, with the art of multitasking, an artist like you is just what we need.

Qualifications

A minimum 5-6 years of working experience in design or art direction roles with a strong portfolio.

Proficiency in design software's such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.

Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.

Stay up-to-date with latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.
