Job Description

Luxoft seeks a Software Developer with experience in Angular, AWS, AWS IoT, Python, and Yocto for their Connected Vehicle Platform. Responsibilities involve developing and maintaining features within this platform, which includes registering vehicles to AWS IoT, simulating and displaying statistics, and controlling WiFi hotspots. The platform supports various data lake possibilities and data exchange with other systems. Candidates should possess strong skills in the specified technologies and a good understanding of microservices architecture. The position is for candidates belonging to Protected Categories with certification as a beneficiary of Law 68/99, art. 1.

Project description

LUXOFT is one of the major software services companies world-wide. We deliver professional software services in multiple business verticals such as finance, automotive, and digital transformation. Supporting large vehicle manufacturers in the area of development, production and aftersales is LUXOFT's ambition.

Luxoft team created a Connected Vehicle Platform to act as an accelerator for new Telematics Backend Projects using AWS. As a demonstrator, we linked it with the NXP OrangeBox PoC, in order to have end to end functionality. It contains features like registering vehicles to AWS IoT, simulating statistics and showing them in an Angular application or controlling the WiFi Hotspot. Besides this, the platform itself supports different Datalake possibilities, exchanging data with other parties or exchanging data with the vehicles.
