What You'll Do The Motion Graphics Artist will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging motion graphics for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and video production workflows. This is an exciting opportunity to join ZAGG at a rapid growth stage and have a major impact on the future of our brand. You will: <ul><li>Own storytelling through motion graphics, video, and music/audio</li><li>Craft compelling user testimonials and highlight our suite of software products</li><li>Create a polished final product and convey a great love for your craft</li><li>Create visually-engaging motion graphic video assets and visual effects to support marketing, sales and overall brand video initiatives</li><li>Conceptualize, design, and transform scripts and treatments into fluid, highly effective motion graphic animations</li><li>Work and communicate with producers in and out of the studio</li><li>Collaborate with other teams to ensure a full understanding of the creative objectives, needs of assigned projects, and required deadlines</li><li>Have the creative vision to edit raw video footage and add enhance with elements of motion graphics</li><li>Deliver a polished final product devoid of inconsistencies or minor visual mistakes</li><li>Manage tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects and changing priorities (long hours may occasionally be required, but rare) </li></ul>
What You'll Need To Be Successful <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in graphic design, animation, or related field</li><li>3+ years of experience in motion graphics and video production</li><li>Strong Demo Reel with clear examples of product visualization — animation, text animation, special effects, 3D modeling, and rigging</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects and Premiere Pro</li><li>Experience with Keyshot and Maya </li><li>Strong understanding of design principles and animation techniques</li><li>Able to work closely with multiple directors, producers, editors and other team members</li><li>Critical eye for color, composition, lighting, art, and animation</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to ensure the highest quality work</li><li>Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Able to troubleshoot and solve problems independently</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously </li></ul>
