Description

As a Web Application Developer, you will be developing and testing new web applications using a variety of technologies and frameworks. Maintaining and fixing issues for existing websites and web applications will be part of your duties and responsibilities apart from authoring and evaluating code to ensure that it meets industry standards and is compatible with various browsers, devices, and/or operating systems. You will also be determining user needs based on technical requirements and creating and maintaining well-written documentation.

Quality

“Did you successfully deliver the promise?”

• On time delivery of project deliverables
  • Delivered the outcome within committed deadline 90% of the time.
• Outcome delivered as per project specifications
  • Keeping average score of <5% on Feedback Tracker of the following criteria:
    - Missing requirements from the client / project specifications
    - Repeated feedback
    
• Outcome delivered as per specifications consistently
  
  • Adhered to "No Tolerance Checklist"  100% of the time & Maintains an average Quality Assurance score above 85%.
    

Quality
“Where do you stand with industry expectations?"

• Time spent on an outcome is within project or budgeted mandays.
