We are seeking a passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring key talent across all levels of the organisation. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, source and screen candidates, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to optimise our recruitment strategies, enhance the candidate experience and contribute to our employer branding efforts. The position will be based in Copenhagen.

 

Role responsibilities 

  • Help shape the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience
  • Provide interview training and guidance for our hiring managers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing feedback and recommendations to hiring teams.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current - and future roles
  • Provide input for employer branding
  • Organize and participate in recruitment and networking events to attract top talent.
  • Generate regular reports and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process.

 

Desirable skills and knowledge 

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • +5 years of experience from a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of the recruitment process, sourcing techniques and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of autonomy.
  • Experience with employer branding and event coordination is a plus.
  • It’s an advantage, if you have a passion for games or knowledge of the gaming industry
