Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to set both long-term and immediate objectives for the team.
- Facilitate seamless communication across diverse departments and hierarchical levels in an asynchronous setting.
- Instill production frameworks to bolster innovative workflows.
- Partner with the Brand Manager and Communications Specialist to arrange playtests, fostering community engagement with the project and team.
- Oversee test planning and quality assurance protocols.
- Guide the team's transition from game creation to a 'game as a service' content approach.
Qualifications:
- A solid track record of 8+ years in building and spearheading game teams.
- Proven experience in delivering high-profile game projects.
- Familiarity with diverse production strategies including waterfall, agile, and lean.
