What you will do:

  • Work with product teams to define the product development process for new games, ensuring strong positioning and marketability
  • Support the execution of brand strategy for Wooga’s live games 
  • Create and execute a comprehensive framework to evaluate optimal product-market fit for new games in concept-stage, effectively engaging key stakeholders in the process
  • Own product pitches from Publishing side, providing insights about potential market and audience
  • Provide audience insights to the product team for concept refinement and MVP testing
  • Conduct market and audience research to guide the game development process 
  • Lead brand development strategies for new games from concept stage to market launch
  • Transform research and insights into audience-relevant initiatives and strategies
  • Be the voice of our players to build their best experiences in- and outside of the game
  • Mentor people across the company on brand development topics
  • Build operational plans, define discipline goals and KPI’s
  • Own discipline budget

What you bring:

  • Experience in product development processes for new digital products, ideally games
  • Proven experience in brand development, operational marketing and working with Product Teams for new products
  • Ideally, a track record of successfully having shipped new games within a studio
  • Strong ability to construct frameworks/systems effectively to speed up our pipeline in the New Games Division
  • High motivation to work on the evaluation of new game concepts and their marketability
  • In-depth knowledge of market dynamics, competitor analysis, and how to translate insights into clear actionables and business opportunities
  • Expert knowledge in brand strategy, consumer insights  (segmentation, surveys, focus groups) and testing strategies (themes, art styles, heroes, etc.)
  • Demonstrated marketing & analysis skills with an ability to map an exceptional understanding of business drivers
  • Strong ability to take ownership and responsibility for projects, to anticipate problems, manage resources, and drive things forward
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to get buy-in from different stakeholders across disciplines and seniority levels
  • Interest in new technologies and how we can use them to leverage our capabilities
