PRESENTATION SPECIALIST

Location: Brooklyn, New York
Job Type: Long-term, ongoing W2 contract + benefits
Compensation Range: $41 - 46 per hour
Hours: 2 shifts available (both 2nd shift),Thurs-Sunday 12:00 pm-10:00 pm or Weds to Sunday 2:00 pm -10:00 pm

We are looking for a talented Presentation Designer for our client, a top financial services company for a long-term contract opportunity!

In this role, you will produce creative and compelling materials for internal and external investment clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and has the ability to build strong relationships with clients, the global team and internal support groups.

The position requires an advanced graphic skillset with the ability to efficiently and accurately create cost-effective products (pitchbooks, proposals, financial statements, brochures, infographics, complex presentation covers) utilizing Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

This is a hybrid role in which candidates will have to be onsite in New York City 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Intake of presentation and graphic design requests; ensuring quality, timeliness and overall client satisfaction.
• Create, produce, edit, and annotate graphic designs, multimedia files and documents in accordance with specifications, using a variety of high-end graphics applications.
• Manage and prioritize multiple deadlines, functioning independently with limited work direction.
• Ensure brand integrity while meeting our internal clients' need for creative, professional, high-quality and cost-effective graphic materials.
• Create/edit/modify materials and become an expert in the Microsoft Office suite
• Receive feedback and apply this to continuous improvements in quality output, develop capabilities for innovation and service excellence.
• Develop knowledge of deal process and banker roles in the interest of improving understanding of document requirements and of providing customer service excellence.
• Understand quality and timeliness performance metrics, within the context of continuous improvement of quality and service. Maintain a consistently high-level of job accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain performance within established team procedures and policies, including adherence to the team’s attendance and lateness policy, submission of time worked through the appropriate tool before the given deadlines, and following print security and physical access procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Education: Bachelors
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite—InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop a must.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• 4-6 years professional experience in presentation design support at a corporate level.
• Experience and understanding in design concepts, visual communication and infographic storytelling.
• Ability to work well with others in a high-pressure environment.
• Added Bonus: Working knowledge of Dreamweaver, Premiere, After Effects, Photography, ArcGIS, 3D Modeling, Illustration or Animation.
