As we continue to expand and grow our office in Warsaw, Poland, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll Manager to join our team. As a Payroll Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the entire payroll and HR operations while ensuring compliance and efficiency.

• Review and control monthly salary calculations, payouts, per diems, and vacation pay;
• Approve and process contractor invoices;
• Prepare regular salary analyses and monthly reports on salaries, expenses, and contractor remuneration;
• Manage employee records processes and documents; 
• Oversee benefits and allocations for reporting purposes;
• Coordinate communications with stakeholders, including contact with employees inquiries about vacations, sick leaves, and payroll; 
• Support audits, tax, and labor law requests, and assist during inspection.

• Previous experience in payroll management (5+ years);
• Strong understanding of HR regulations, compliance, and taxation;
• Proficiency in HRIS and related software;
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
• Excellent communication skills; 
• Fluency in English and Polish.
