Marketing Creative Artist, Europe & Asia

Location: China (Remote)

As thatgamecompany embarks on its global expansion journey with the release of "Sky: Children of the Light," we're seeking a creative and versatile Marketing Creative Artist to support our marketing efforts in Europe and South Korea. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that will drive awareness and engagement for our game in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and events.
  • Support the creation of marketing assets and collateral, including but not limited to ad creatives, landing pages, blog posts, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring that marketing initiatives are executed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing opportunities to inform strategic decision-making and creative development.
  • Assist in the coordination of marketing events and activations, including influencer partnerships, community engagement initiatives, and promotional campaigns, to drive awareness and engagement for our game.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with overall business objectives and marketing strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or creative roles within the gaming industry or related field.
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia software tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar programs, with the ability to create high-quality marketing assets and collateral.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gamer culture, with a keen interest in exploring new trends and technologies in the gaming industry.
