Job Summary:
 We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resource Operations Intern to support the HR operations team in the day-to-day execution of HR processes. The ideal candidate will assist with key HR functions, including employee records management, compliance, payroll support, and other HR administrative tasks. This internship is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain practical experience in HR operations and learn about the backend processes that keep an HR department running efficiently

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and coordinating campus drives to recruit top talent.
  • Oversee intern management, ensuring smooth onboarding and support for interns.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of training modules for employee development.
  • Support the formulation of company policies and assist in policy documentation.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Participate in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management, and retirement plans.
  • Assist in preparing and processing HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and employee change forms.
  • Help streamline HR processes by identifying areas for improvement in workflow and system operations.
  • Coordinate with the HR team to ensure seamless communication and execution of operational tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR Operations team, such as filing, scheduling, and data entry.

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR operations and back-end processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
