We're looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team at Hypixel Studios, which collaborates remotely from around the world. Our members range from industry newcomers to experts with 25+ years of experience. Team members come from a diverse set of backgrounds, but share a common passion for building polished player-focused, community-powered games.

Based remotely in PST, the new Executive / Team Assistant will be responsible for managing executives’ diaries, logistics of executive meetings and remote travel; scheduling leadership interpersonal conferencing, assisting with work space projects and project managing initiatives laid out by our executives.

Some of your role:
- Managing all executive meeting schedules and appointments
- Assisting in the preparation of materials for meetings
- Accurately recording minutes from executive meetings
- Collaborating with the Events and Facilities team to oversee and organize executive-level company travel
- Managing projects based on initiatives outlined by the Executive team
- Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming emails and other correspondence to public inboxes
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks
Essential Traits:
- 3+ years experience as an executive assistant with coordination/project management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on presentation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with quick and thoughtful responses
- Trustworthy, empathetic, tenacious, and self-motivated
- Capable of rapidly learning new technologies and processes independently
Bonus Traits:
- Knowledge of game production
- Familiarity with digital development and internet culture
- Experience with GSuite/Office suite
