Creative Marketing Producer

Steer Studios is seeking a Creative Marketing Producer to drive high-performing creatives for our mobile games on strategic markets and casual segments, to play an integral part in our Marketing organization. As Creative Producer, s/he will deliver business growth through new, high-performing creatives and optimizing the existing creative mix

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the delivery of high-profile creatives for user acquisition campaigns – videos, playable ads, statics.
• Analyze creative and performance KPIs and drive creative direction.
• Manage creative partners and suppliers including freelance consultants, creative agencies and production / post-production partners including briefings and onboarding.
• Write creative briefs and scripts for creative production, conduct feedback rounds to maintain standards of quality.
• Analyze market insights and trends, conduct competitor creatives strategy analysis and translate insights into opportunities for our project’s creative strategy.
• Evolve guidelines and workflow for creative production.

Qualifications & Key Skills:

• 4+ years’ experience in a creative marketing team or agency, with a track record of managing and producing high-performing assets for user acquisition.
• Experience working with creative production agencies, freelance management.
• Experience of how to use insights effectively to drive creative strategies and analyze competitors' assets.
• Confident in creatives KPI analysis and familiar with performance metrics.
• Experience of juggling multiple schedules and workflow, handing a high volume of requests simultaneously and working with content management systems.
• Great creative and strategic instincts, driven by the desire to make great work, creatively ambitious.
• Knowledge of creative production tools and game engine (Unity/Unreal Engine) is a bonus.
• An enthusiasm and passion for games and an understanding of gaming businesses is a must.
